A mix of poignant, heartfelt lyricism and unbridled, honest angst, Stockings will take you on a journey full of feeling. Their debut EP looks at life through the snapshots of key memories, with roaring post-punk and subtle indie styles being united by Stockings' overwhelming sense of catharsis. Stockings is the new project of Lucy Robertson-Reid, Iggy Sim, Aspen Lehmann and Otto Grodach, who met through the close-knit music scene in Naarm, before forming in 2025. Starting out as a solo project of Lucy Robertson-Reid, the band has transitioned from indie pop and folky-acoustic arrangements into an unapologetically dynamic band, blending loud distorted and jangly guitar and intricate compositions.

Setup

4 people in band - Aspen Lehmann: drums, Yamaha full kit - Lucy Robertson-Reid: lead vocals, electric guitar with pedals into boss katana amp - Iggy Sim: backup vocals changing between two electric guitars with pedals into fender hot rod amp - Otto Grodach: bass into fender rumble 500 can play acoustic set with duo or solo if requested. for either setup just acoustic guitar (1-2) is needed and microphone.
