Melbourne blues/roots/folk 3 piece Tillerman Pete, complete with filthy slide guitar riffs, sweet soulful harmonies, some swagger, a little bit of rock, little bit of hips and blues. Their latest release, Heart with Rhythm, recorded with prominent producer Damien Cafarella (Henry Wagons, Andrew Swift, Lachlan Bryan & the Wildes) at EOR Studios in Melbourne.

Tillerman Pete have featured at Australian Blues Music Festival, Bendigo Blues & Roots, Mordialloc Food & Wine Festival, St Kilda Festival, Queenscliff, Anglesea and Mornington Festivals on the back of their previous EP release, which included Garden of Sin, nominated for independent blues/roots release of the year 2016.

Set up

3-piece band – guitar (slide), bass, and drums.

Sometimes with horns.

Can play semi acoustic as tunes lend themselves to rootsy/blues/stomp versions but would prefer to plug-in.
